The data required to apply for the EORI are:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Business name or full name of the company.<br \/>\n\u25cf Address of the tax domicile<br \/>\n\u25cf Date of incorporation of the company<\/p>\n<h2>Who should use an EORI number?<\/h2>\n<p>Any company or person wishing to carry out customs clearance operations must have an EORI number. <\/p>\n<h2>How do I apply for and obtain an EORI number?<\/h2>\n<p>In the case of Spain, the application for the EORI number must be made through the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT). The process can be completed in approximately 48 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Once the EORI number is obtained, it will be unique and valid in all member states of the European Union.
